The powers that be at NBC didn't quite grasp how ridiculous it was for the Football Night in America crew to broadcast in a dark studio with lit candles in place of traditional electricity
last year. Instead of asking people to conserve energy, we had to watch what looked like Bob Costas telling scary stories in the dark.
They're back at it again this year with the 2008 version of NBC's Green something or other. Last night the football studio folk revealed what they're doing to conserve energy prior to the festivities for the Cowboys and Redskins.
Pretty sure Bettis washes his clothes in cold water to avoid any potential for shirt shrinkage, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. And though I find it hard to believe an intellectual such as Tiki would share transportation with the common humanoids of society, I think I speak for everyone here at JSF in saying we do appreciate all of NBC's efforts.
We especially appreciate the network taking the time to salute Joe Mustache and his ongoing efforts to save the planet.
Thanks, guys.
